Brillance, Because of You——2021 Autumn Outing Team Building

The sweltering summer faded, and autumn arrived quietly. To let partners relax amid busy work, in early August 2021’s pleasant autumn, the company carefully prepared "the first trip of autumn", and all members went to Huizhou Eastern Bay to start a joyful team building.

First stop: Internet-famous exciting jungle off-road vehicles. The track runs through the ecological farm, with obstacle off-roading, culvert crossing and other thrilling projects, releasing vitality to the fullest. Lunch was a fun picnic—everyone divided work and helped each other, gathered team warmth in the smoke, and the dishes cooked by hand were especially delicious.

After a short rest after meals, partners enjoyed their own fun: blowing wind by the lake, reading in the library, playing mahjong—all were young people who knew how to live. The real CS field battle in the afternoon ignited passion. Everyone turned into "special forces", experienced the power of cooperation in the intense battle, and enhanced tacit understanding in competition.

At the end of the activity, everyone put down work to chat and share, deepening mutual understanding through games. This team building not only relieved work pressure, but also interpreted the team spirit of unity, trust and collaboration. Since its establishment in 2008, Oubide has grown continuously, with partners from all over the country gathering for a common goal and growing together.
